We are a team of researchers at the University of Oxford’s Department of Psychiatry who are interested in possible emotional side effects of antidepressants. Recently, as part of a research study, we have been talking to people taking an antidepressant who have experienced emotional side-effects, in order to find out more. We have used our findings to devise a new questionnaire which we hope will measure these side-effects. Our new research study aims to test this new questionnaire with over 200 people who are taking antidepressants some of whom may be experiencing emotional side-effects. Might you be willing to take part? If so, are you … 1 over 18 years old? 2 living in the United Kingdom? 3 fluent in spoken / written English? 4 taking an antidepressant regularly, for ANY reason? 5 potentially willing to complete our questionnaire 3 times on 3 separate occasions?
